We operate as a pre-owned BTS merchandise reseller, offering genuine collectibles with authenticity, transparency, and care.
By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from our website https://www.moonchildsabyss.com, you (“Customer”, “you”, “your”) agree to the terms stated herein.

Important Disclaimer: Moonchild’s Abyss is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by HYBE, BigHit Entertainment, or BTS. All items are pre-owned and authenticated to the best of our knowledge.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
  • You agree to comply with all policies and instructions issued by Moonchild’s Abyss.
  • You are legally capable of entering into this agreement as per applicable law.

3. Eligibility

  • Customers must be 14 years or older.
  • Customers below 18 years must use the website under parental supervision, with payments made by a parent or legal guardian.
  • Accurate and complete information is mandatory for order processing.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any person not meeting eligibility or compliance standards.

4. Product Information & Ownership

  • All items are pre-owned and sold as-is. Minor wear, aging, or imperfections may exist.
  • Photographs and descriptions are for reference; actual colors or textures may slightly vary.
  • Items are authenticated to the best of our ability, but absolute perfection is not guaranteed.
  • Some products may be fragile or limited edition; please review product details carefully.
  • Moonchild’s Abyss retains all ownership of its website content, branding, and imagery.

5. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment through Razorpay.
  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). We also accept USD for international purchases.
  • All applicable taxes will be included in the invoice. GST registration applies as per Indian law.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of suspected fraud, non-payment, or technical issues.
  • Moonchild’s Abyss reserves the right to blacklist or report fraudulent buyers to relevant authorities.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery times depend on courier partners and destination, typically 3–7 business days within India.
  • Tracking details will be shared within 24 hours of dispatch.
  • The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the item is handed over to the courier.
  • We are not responsible for courier delays, lost parcels, or damages caused during transit.
  • Shipping details are governed by our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Exchange, Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • Customers must provide proof (photo/video) for claims of damage or misdelivery.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
  • Non-returnable items include: opened collectibles, mystery boxes, random pulls, digital goods, or clearly marked final-sale items.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under law:

  • Moonchild’s Abyss shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses.
  • We are not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by courier partners.
  • We are not liable for misuse or improper handling of products.
  • Under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, our liability is limited to the transaction value of the product purchased.

9. Intellectual Property

All content (text, images, product descriptions, branding, and design) is the intellectual property of Moonchild’s Abyss / Maelis Group.
 Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use is prohibited without written permission.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, specifically Hyderabad, Telangana.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad.
