This policy complies with Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
 Moonchild’s Abyss reserves the right to refuse fraudulent or non-compliant claims.


1. Overview
At Moonchild’s Abyss, we strive to provide pre-owned BTS merchandise that is
authentic, carefully inspected, and clearly described. This policy explains when a
return, exchange, or refund is allowed, how to request it, the timeframes and
proof requirements, and our cancellation rules. As a pre-owned collectibles brand,
our priority is fairness and transparency—both to our customers and to the
authenticity of each item we sell.
2. Valid Reasons for Returns / Exchanges
We accept requests only for the following reasons:
● The wrong item was received (e.g., ordered photocard A, received
photocard B).
● The item was damaged during transit or arrived with undisclosed major
defects not mentioned in the product listing.
Please note: Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:
● Change of mind or personal preference.
● Slight color variations due to photography or lighting.
● Minor wear consistent with pre-owned items.
● Items received late due to courier delays.
3. Timeframe for Reporting Issues
Customers must report any valid issue within [6] hours of delivery. Requests after
this window may not be accepted.
Once a return is approved, the item must be shipped back within [2-5] business
days from the date of approval.
4. Proof Requirements
To process a return or exchange, customers must provide [choose: a clear
unboxing video from seal opening to inspection OR high-resolution photos
showing the issue]. Claims without sufficient proof will not be accepted.
5. Item Condition for Return
Returned items must be in the same condition as they were delivered, include all
original packaging, tags, and any freebies, and not show signs of tampering or
misuse. Items that do not meet these criteria will be rejected, and the
refund/exchange will be voided.

7. Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed only for items of the same type or of equal value (e.g.,
swapping for the same photocard set). We will ship the new item after the
returned item has been received and inspected. Exchange shipping costs are
handled per the same rules as refunds.
