We operate as a pre-owned BTS merchandise reseller, offering genuine collectibles with authenticity, transparency, and care.

Shipping Policy
Overview
We take utmost care to package and dispatch every pre-owned collectible safely and promptly.
Dispatch & Delivery
- Orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days post-payment.
- Expected delivery:
- Metro cities: 3–7 business days
- Other areas: 7–12 business days
- Tracking details shared within 24 hours post-dispatch.
- Two delivery attempts will be made before return. You’re expected to ensure to properly receive the products. If you’re unable to receive the products after 2 attempts for delivery (due to wrong address or locked doors), the products will not be shipped again and no refund will be given.
Shipping Charges
- Domestic shipping cost is included in the product price.
- International orders are manually processed, and shipping will be charged separately.
- No Cash on Delivery (COD) available.
Packaging
- Items are cleaned, inspected, and safely packed before dispatch.
- Packaging may be eco-friendly or recyclable, but some may use protective plastic for fragile items.
- Tamper-proof seals are used on all packages.
Liability
- Risk transfers to customer once handed to courier.

3. Timeframe for Reporting Issues
